She draws upon a diverse set of skills and training including but not limited to the trauma-informed EMDR model, (IFS) Internal Family Systems, Present-Focused Mindfulness based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused, and long term psychotherapy. Among the many diverse issues she assists clients with include depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, PTSD, trauma, parenting skills, child and adolescent behavioral issues, ADHD, school issues, couples issues, family life, substance abuse, life transitions, and many more. She is also a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists.
