There are a variety of different types of therapy methods and approaches for a number of different issues. Just as every person is different, not everybody responds similarly to the same types of therapy models. That’s why I am trained in a variety of methods to suit my clients’ individual needs and personalities. Although the following is not an exhaustive list of the different techniques I use, below I have provided some information for a few different therapy models that I use.
